NEWARK, N.J. — Former Amtrak CEO Stephen Gardner has joined financial consulting firm Telos Advisors, which describes itself as specializing in complex transportation and infrastructure projects.

Telos Advisers, a national advisory firm specializing in complex transportation and infrastructure projects, announces that Stephen Gardner has joined the company as a Strategic Advisory Board Member.
